You can extend this plan, including more than one subject, e.g., Genetics and Biochemistry. The principle of this study method is that you learn a new topic every day (50 textbook pages for example) and review on the same day what you have learned the day before. After this one-day review you increase the time interval between reviews to 2 days, then 4 days, then 8 days. The later reviews take less and less time since your memory is being reinforced.
