The Graduate Program in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology takes
between 8 and 12 new students every year. It is the largest graduate
program at the Miller School of Medicine. It currently has 53 graduate students at various stages of their training.
We have accepted 9 additional students for this fall. First year students are provided with office space and computers located
in a special room set aside for them in the departmental library. The Office of Graduate Studies (OGS) is responsible for administering all graduate programs at the Miller School of Medicine. It is headed by Associate Dean Dr. John Bixby. All new applications must go through this office. It has its own application website where all new applications must be entered.
