The following specifications are required for order processing:
Sequence - Oligo sequence up to 130 bases
110 - 130 mer oligos can only be ordered on the 1.0 mmole scale, no additional purification is available
Indicate (phosphorothioated) S-oligo with an * to the right of the designated base
For example: A*C*G*TAGATAGATA*G
As written, the oligo will have S-linkages between base positions: 1-2, 2-3, 3-4 and 13-14
Use following IUB Group Codes to identify redundancies (wobbles):
R=A+G, Y=C+T, M=A+C, K=G+T, S=G+C, W=A+T, H=A+T+C, B=G+T+C, D=G+A+T, N=A+C+G+T, V=G+A+C
Scale- Enter scale: 0.025 umole (3OD), 0.05 umole, 0.2 umole, 1.0 umole, 10.0 umole or 15.0 umole
Purification - DST (Desalt), RP1 (Reverse-Phase Cartridge), PAGE, or HPLC
Modifications - Indicate oligo modifications in the "Modification" column
Comments - Enter any special ordering handling instructions in the "Comments" section of the order form

If you want to cancel an oligo order after you submitted it, please fill out another form with the same oligo name that you want to cancel and write in the comments field "Cancel". Resubmit a changed oligo after you cancelled the original one. Do not try to cancel by leaving us a phone message, or email or written message. By the time we retrieve the messages the oligo might already have been ordered.
